"........Well we’re through our second weekend out on the road and well into our second week of The Great Tour. As I said in my last blog, we’re on our way up the eastern coast of England, and looking ahead to this weeks’ riding we’ll soon be above the Humber and then you’re firmly in the north.

So in no time at all we seem to be, literally I suppose, miles from Seaton where we began. I’m pleased to say we’re still making good progress, and even better we’ve still got a tailwind, so the going is good.

We began the weekend staying at Asheldham in a fantastic 11th Century former church, and wow it was memorable. You’ll have to keep an eye on our Great Tour Facebook group for some pictures soon, but in the meantime check out their website at www.hunteroutdoortraining.com to see where we stayed."

Blacks Leisure Group plc contracted HUNTER Outdoor Training to run a series of training courses for staff from all shops in their 319 premises chain. For BLG 'South London' and 'South' The Asheldham Centre was used for basic campcraft, navigation, and survival skills training.
