Charges: The following is a list of charges for the use of The Asheldham Centre for
educational and youth groups:
The standard rate for an overnight stay is £15 per person per night. The minimum group size is 15. Please remember that the Centre accomodates 26 in four dormitories: two x 10 bed (all bunks) and two x 2 bed (bunks) with an additional two 'Z-beds', which clients can freely move around.
Charges for the use of the Centre on a day-basis only are : £150 for a 9am-5pm (or part thereof) day for groups up to 35. Any larger sizes are charged at a pro-rata rate. Please contact the Manager.
Charge for the use of the Centre for an evening (6pm-11pm) or part thereof is £100.
*** Please be aware that these charges are for sole use of the Centre, do not include meals (the Centre is self-catering), and a deposit of 50% is required when booking. There will also be for some groups a returnable Breakages & Damage Deposit of £150 payable by cheque which will be returned by mail after the stay has concluded.

Courses and activities run by HUNTER Outdoor Training .......
are charged at a separate rate and are provided on multiples of 'half-days'.
There are three half-days in any one day: 7am-12 noon. 12.30pm-4.30pm. 6pm-11pm.
Unless otherwise stated by the Manager charges are around £120 per daylight half day for any combination of activities, dependent upon numbers, and £175 per evening 'half day' for groups of around 15 in number. For groups over 20 at night, for supervisory and safety reasons, outdoor activities may be charged at different rate. Contact the Manager (07919 282656) for prices.
